About the Author:

Raman Mundair is a writer and artist. She was born in India and has lived across the UK but felt most at home in the Shetland Islands. Currently Raman is a Scottish Arts Council Writing Fellow based in Glasgow. In 2005 she was awarded a mentorship with the Playwrights Studio Scotland and in 2006 was runner up in the Penguin Decibel prize for short fiction. An established poet, she is the author of Lovers, Liars, Conjurers and Thieves (Peepal Tree Press) and A Choreographer's Cartography, published in Spring 2007.
