Folio. Illustrated throughout with full-page photographs by Sukita; text in Japanese and English. Original pink quarter calf, spine lettered in silver, blue cloth sides, acrylic mirrored plate to front cover with protective film, black endpapers with pink and blue metallic design, 7-inch vinyl single inset to the rear pastedown, all edges silver, blue and pink silk bookmarkers.
