If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Item/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order has not arrived, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us in a timely manner to ensure the smoothest possible refunding process.

Items are shipped via USPS Media Mail and will arrive within 3 Days to 3 Weeks after order is shipped depending upon shipping traffic. We use USPS Media Mail to ship our items, but Media Mail items are subject to search by USPS and no guarantee can be made that items will be re-packaged correctly by USPS if a search is executed. (NOTE: Shipments to Alaska and Hawai'i typically arrive within 3-6 weeks).

We base our shipping rates on a 2.5 lbs standard weight. If your item weighs more than this, we may contact you to discuss an increase in shipping rates.
