Charming children's book of girls washing their dolls' items. c. 1880's. Also published by the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge in London. Each page is a Chromolitho by Emirk & Binger of London, some color, some duotone. Covers are dirty with rubbed edges, board exposed at corners. Binding was repaired with binding tape on spine, but is currently disbound. Illustrations are still clear and clean. Inside pages are age toned, with minimal edgewear, light scattered foxing, and a few light smudges. Bookseller sticker on front pastedown, and a little pencil on ffep. 32 pp. 7 x 6.25 inches.
