Original antique railway travel advertising poster for trips from Paris to London in 2 hours 45 minutes - Chemins de Fer de l'Etat et de Brighton Paris (St Lazare) London (Victoria) via Dieppe et Newhaven 2h45 de traversee maritime - featuring an image of the sea crossing by steam ship on the Channel / la Manche with the bold text above and below. Artwork by the marine artist Sandy Hook (Georges Taboureau; 1879-1960). Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, restored paper losses, restored creasing, minor staining, backed on linen.
