One of 350 numbered copies printed on Rives Vellum in Argenteuil by Coulouma, under the artistic direction of J. E. Pouterman. Vellum has uniformly mellowed to light tan, else a clean, unworn, very good copy in archival mylar.

Number 335 of a signed limited edition of 500 copies printed on Rives vellum water-marked Blackamore, also with a hand-written note on letterhead paper from Green to the publisher Arthur Boyars. Original blue cloth with parchment spine lettered in gilt, a touch soiled and faded. With 12 wood engravings in colour by René Ben Sussan. Signed with ALS loosely inserted. Book.
