Green cloth binding with gilt to spine and front board, no dust jacket, minimal wear, corners a little bumped. Contents clean and tight, front endpapers are cracked at the hinge, hinges are firm, no inscriptions or marks. A very good clean copy. Size: 4to. Book.

Normally bound in the gutta percha style this copy has been taken to pieces and all the plates and text pages have been mounted on to linen, a very time consuming and costly job. The book has then been rebound in the original cloth with leather spine and the original green cloth spine laid down. Top edges gilt. Endpapers foxed. Corners rubbed and frayed, spine and edges rubbed, else good copy. Bookplate of Frederick A. Wood of Highfields, Chew Magna, Somerset inside front cover. 98 p. Book.
