Agnes Miller Parker (illustrator). 151 pp, 83 b/w wood engravings, the book and contents are solid, the free endpapers are removed, there is foxing, about first 30 pages and last 10 pages, the foxing is heavier at front and rear, covers are tight and are scratched, there is a 4" wide damp stain on the rear lower left corner.

Previous owner's inscriptions and stain to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has heavy edgewear with areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Light tanning and water staining to spine and edges. Wear marks overall.
