Ringbound in Slipcase. Condition: As New. First Edition. Limited Edition, initially to 100 copies. This copy is For Presentation, hors commerce, INSCRIBED by the Publisher John Crombie to a third party on the colophon leaf. Eccentric "cloverleaf" binding, ringbound in four quadrants, each separate square sheet folding inward. There is no order to the sequence, which is thus random, honoring the spirit of Beckett's conception of the separate paragraphs. Illustrated with minimalist decorative pale sepia rectangles on some leaves. A Very Fine copy in publisher's Very Fine slipcase covered in light grey diagonal grid paper. Lessness was originally published as a traditional book in 1970 by Calder and Boyars. Q13192.
