Previous owners name in pen on front free endpaper and some slight browning but pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Jacket is price clipped. Reverse edges and flaps of jacket are browned. Jacket edges have slight bumping with a small chip out of the rear panel at the top next to the spine. Jacket has some browning to front and rear panel and fading to the spine. First printing.

Toning and spotting to edges of textblock, toning to dust-jacket. Very good. After seeing a list of second hand bargains outside a local village shop, Jennings has a wild money making scheme. But, as usual for the boys at Linbury Court, this turns into a disastrous and humorous adventure.
