We are a small business working out of our home. We started this business by downsizing our own personal library. We believe that real books still matter and anticipate replenishing our stock from estate sales, etc. The business is operated by family and the owner is retired and has ASL (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Note: All books are used!! We treat our books like family , but not everyone does. Paperbacks have wear marks on the spine due to multiple readings. Hardcover books are in very good shape unless noted in the description. Children's books may have torn or loose pages, or scribbles in/on them. We try to note these conditions in the description.
THIS IS A USED BOOK. It may contain highlighting/underlining and/or the book may show heavier signs of wear . It may also be ex-library or without dust jacket.
There may be times that the shipping and handling rates may be adjusted as it falls outside the flat rate provided. We will notify you of any changes in shipping rates. If calling, please leave a message.
We wrap/pack your purchase carefully and ship via United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for damage to packaging caused by the Postal Service. Tracking numbers are always provided. You will need to speak to your carrier or local branch if the Postal Service indicates your order has been delivered, but you have not received it.
NOTE: INTERNATIONAL RATES MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF ANY GIVEN PACKAGE. IF THE RATE HAS TO CHANGE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED. OUR U.S. RATE IS BASED ON MAX 2 POUND BOOK. IF BOOK IS HEAVIER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING RATE. At times the photo on the listing will differ from the actual book received.

We ship only Monday through Friday. Average weight is of course different depending on the book but 2 pounds per book is a good average. Insurance is not included but can be added on request. Books in excess of 2 pounds may incur additional shipping costs and you will be notified before we ship for your approval.
